Going shopping at these places is a great way to strengthen your bond and sexual connection. As the saying goes, communication is key, and shopping for lingerie and other intimate items is an easy way to strike up discussions about your sexual interests. 

Take an Excursion Out to Keukenhof.

I know—we’re cheating with this one since it’s technically not in Amsterdam. However, we’d be crazy not to mention this to couples who are staying in the city. Keukenhof is a beautiful garden with millions of tulips. Please note that you need tickets to enter, and it is only open seasonally. So make sure to check online before you go! You can reach the garden by taking the sprinter train to Schipol and hopping on the 361 bus. If you’re feeling really adventurous, you can bike there in under two hours for some fantastic views. 

Go Ice Skating for a Tried-and-True Date Night. 

Before you say this is too old-fashioned, hear me out. There are many places in the world where you can go to an ice skating rink, and there is a wonderful one at the Rembrantplein. However, a truly special date night would be to go ice skating on the canals. Where else can you get this chance? Unfortunately, as the world keeps heating up, the canals don’t freeze every year like they used to, but if you happen to be in Amsterdam when they do, don’t miss this opportunity!

Grab a Delicious Bite to Eat at Foodhallen. 

We know that it can be contentious figuring out where you two want to eat. This is where Foodhallen comes in. It’s oftentimes one of the first places a local will take you when you visit the city and for good reason. It’s a place where some of the best culinary talents in the city compete for your attention. If you can dream up a dish, it’s probably there, and it’s probably delicious. 

Take It Up a Notch with a Steamy Boudoir Photoshoot.
